I have been using your program over the last year for this publication I am writing; however, it seems with the most recent update that we can no longer fold proteins longer than 1500 bp. I have a single exon 1635 bp gene that I am attempting to fold, which I have folded other proteins of this length in the past using your system.
Would it be possible to extend the basepair limit on the online server to 2000bp or at least 1750 bp since I would love to include this analyses in the publication, but would have to remove it if I cannot fold the other samples that are needed!
