Different Structures for the same sequence

Hi,I submitted the same sequence to the server at two separate times , and I noticed that the two structures were different with an RMSD of above 1.4. Is this normal? What could be causing this difference? Any solutions? Is there anything I can do to get reproducible results with the server?

Dear user,
It is possible that two-runs have different results with I-TASSER server, I-TASSER depends on templates, and the template library updates every week. You can always trust the one with a higher confidence score.
BTW, if the model quality is not good, it is also possible that two-runs have different structures.
if the predicted TM-score <0.5 I would suggest you try
https://zhanggroup.org/C-I-TASSER,
https://zhanggroup.org/D-I-TASSER or
https://zhanggroup.org/DMFold, which normally are more accracate than I-TASSER server
