DeepMSA2 running issue

normally it DeepMSA2 server takes only several hours, but this time i have already waited for more than one days.
By the way can you give me a license, I want to submit more than one task at a time, it's important to me. I would be grateful if this is possible. Since I don't have enough computing resources, the local version is not very convenient for me.
